Every change to Daykeep, newest first.
Delete sets, see last time's numbers, preview plans
In a workout you can now delete a set with the × at the end of its row. Each set shows the weight and reps from your last session, and ticking an empty set fills them in. Routines have a View button to read the whole plan without starting it. Your standing now updates from sets you tick in a running workout, and Compare me works before you log your bodyweight.
Edit your training plans, swap exercises mid-workout
Saved routines are now fully editable: rename them, change sets and reps, reorder, swap or remove any exercise. During a workout, use the ⋮ menu → Replace exercise to swap a movement for that session only. The assistant can now see and change your saved routines too.
Referral welcome discount fixed
People who join through a friend's referral link get their 50% off the first month of a monthly plan again at checkout.
Better reminders, calmer hovers, clearer referrals
Ticking Done straight from a task reminder now moves a repeating task to its next day instead of finishing it for good — and reminders that passed more than a day ago no longer fire late. Menus, buttons and calendar selections got a calmer hover colour instead of the bright amber. The referral welcome discount now applies to the first month of a monthly plan (it no longer cuts a yearly price in half), and the $5 referrer bonus is paid on the first Full-plan payment. The payout guide reflects all of this.
Yearly billing and the new Full plan
Plans are now billed yearly by default: Plus is $24 a year (still $2 a month), and Full (formerly Pro) is $100 a year — two months free. Prefer monthly? Plus is $3 and Full is $10 a month. iPhone users also get a short tip on adding Daykeep to their home screen.
Payout guide has a shorter address
The referral payout guide now lives at daykeepapp.com/payouts — shorter and easier to share. The old /referral-payouts link still works and forwards to the new address.
Higher referral rewards: 30% on Pro, $5 bonus
Referral commissions are now 20% of every Plus payment and 30% of every Pro payment, every month, for as long as the person you brought stays subscribed. Their first payment also earns you a one-time $5 bonus. Details on the Refer & earn page and the public payout guide.
Payout guide is now public
How referral payouts work is no longer tucked inside the app: the full walkthrough — the 30-day clearing hold, the $25 minimum, once-a-month settlement, reversals, and the tax side — is now readable by anyone at /referral-payouts. The Refer & earn page links to it and keeps your personal earnings history.
Referral payouts, explained
The Refer & earn page now has a full walkthrough of how payouts work: the 30-day clearing hold, the $25 minimum, once-a-month settlement, and what happens on refunds and chargebacks. It also spells out the tax side: earnings are paid gross and are your income to declare where you live. If you are an admin, you now get a payout queue on the same page to settle transfers each month and mark them paid.
Food photos can be uploaded
The calorie tracker now lets you upload an existing food picture from your gallery or files, instead of only taking a new photo with the camera.
Replies now really go out
Replies you write in the Admin inbox are now sent as real emails from info@daykeepapp.com. If the mail server refuses one, it stays marked and you can press Send again.
Admin inbox checks your mailbox directly
The admin inbox now connects straight to the info@daykeepapp.com mailbox whenever you open it or tap "Check for new mail" — no helper program to run. New emails arrive sorted by AI into Suggestion, Bug, Feature idea and more.
Admin inbox now uses info@daykeepapp.com
The admin inbox and all app references now use the real mailbox info@daykeepapp.com instead of a placeholder address.
Billing: cancelling, refunds and account deletion, all self-serve
The Plans page now answers the three most common questions in one place: how to cancel a subscription (button right on the page, or via Paddle), how to request a refund (30-day money-back guarantee, paddle.net or the refund policy page), how to change your card and download receipts, and how to delete your whole account under Data & privacy. No email required for any of it.
Feedback by email
You can now email us suggestions and bug reports — we read and sort every one.
Cleaner look
Calmer violet and amber colours, solid headline and flat buttons in light and dark mode.
Photos in guided stretching
"Legs Up the Wall" now shows a real photo, and one missing picture no longer affects the rest of a session.
Goal weights and nagging reminders
Set a goal weight per exercise. Task reminders repeat every hour until you tap Done.
Compare me
Every exercise has an AI button that tells you how your best set compares to other lifters.
